When a brand has a founder with a true passion for the sport and the associated product you can generally be fairly hopeful about it's success. When you couple that passion with lots of smart business sense, an insurmountable level of drive and a high taste level of style it becomes a dead cert.
Our first business calls were often punctuated with horses who had taken themselves for a walk or who just wanted to add their input vocally but despite the equine interruptions Sakkara founder Zeina Ho and I created one of my favourite projects to date. A start up brand that launched at such a beautiful level, it speaks of craft and evokes heritage despite its young age.

My name is Zeina Hosni, I am the CEO and Creative Director of Sakkara Equestrian. An equestrian performance wear label.
What are you currently working on?
I am currently working on expanding Sakkara's product offering.
What excites you?
My work excites me. The challenges, rewards, pitfalls and highs constantly keep me on my feet.
Can you tell me the future of sportswear?
The future of sportswear is sustainable, less costly on the planet, and less costly on the consumer.
What will you be doing in 5 years?
In 5 years, I hope that I will still be doing what I do, and enjoying it tremendously. Growing Sakkara and introducing it to new markets is my goal.
