You don't need a Tee to run.
The forgotten use of plastic in race organisation is that used in polyester clothing.
The simple act of eliminating free race t-shirts from races could eradicate a huge amount of textile waste and plastic pollution from the running community.
A normal polyester t-shirt is the equivalent of around 12 plastic bottles, with an estimated 300,000 garments going to landfill each year in the UK.
Using a random selection of shirts from Re:run, where currently around 70% of donations are race t-shirts, creating a desirable, wearable running collection.
